The event will take place at the East London International Convention Centre from 19 to 20 August 2026. The successful bidder must manage the end-to-end design, construction, branding, and furnishing of the stands, including electrical and lighting requirements. Key deliverables include a fully branded reception area, high-resolution graphics, and on-site logistics management. Stands must be ready by 18 August 2026. Bidders must demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in trade fair management and provide a dedicated project team with at least 3 years of relevant experience each.
