Description

The Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services SETA (merSETA) invites bids for the development of assessment tools for the Occupational Qualification: Production Operator (120037). The project involves creating three assessment instruments, one exemplar instrument, a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) toolkit, and a Qualification Assessment Specification Addendum (QASA). The service provider must also assist in obtaining formal approval for the QASA from the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). The project is expected to last between six and twenty-four months. Bidders must provide a team consisting of a lead subject matter expert and three assessors or moderators. Proposals will be evaluated based on a minimum technical threshold of 70%, followed by price and specific goals. All work must be completed to the satisfaction of merSETA, with payments processed within 30 days of invoice submission.

  • Signed SLA or MOU with a relevant industry partner
