The Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA) is establishing a panel of service providers to offer technical expertise. This panel will include researchers, evaluators, sector experts, data analysts, and peer reviewers. The work involves providing high-level advice, conducting applied research, performing data analysis, and ensuring quality assurance for the energy and water sectors. This appointment is for a period ending 31 March 2030. Assignments will be issued through future requests for quotations. This opportunity is open to research institutes, academia, and consultancies; individual applications are not accepted.

- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
