The South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify High-Performance Ion Chromatography (HPIC) platforms. This project aims to support analytical development, quality control, and regulatory submissions for polysaccharide-conjugate vaccines. The equipment must perform complex tasks like monosaccharide profiling and glycoconjugate characterization in regulated laboratory environments. Key technical requirements include high-pressure capabilities, automated eluent generation, and strict data integrity features such as audit trails and electronic signatures. This is a market research exercise and not a formal tender. Interested parties must provide indicative pricing and Total Cost of Ownership estimates for a five-year period.
What you need to qualify
- Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
