The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) is seeking to appoint a panel of independent valuers for unlisted investments and to provide support for a Board-level Valuations Committee. The work involves establishing governance frameworks, valuation methodologies, and providing ongoing technical advisory services. Additionally, the panel will perform independent reviews and assurance on the fair value of approximately 173 unlisted investments. The contract will run for a period of three years on an as-needed basis. The project requires a qualified lead with at least five years of experience in valuing unlisted assets. Bidders must be prepared to present their proposals if requested by the IDC.
