South African National Parks (SANParks) is seeking an accredited service provider to supply Card Present and Card Not Present payment gateway services. This project covers 19 national parks and over 100 sites across South Africa for a 5-year period. The selected provider must integrate payment solutions with existing reservation, property management, and loyalty systems. Key deliverables include supporting various payment methods like credit cards, digital wallets, and instant EFT, while ensuring high-availability hosting and real-time reporting. The system must handle high transaction volumes and allow for seamless transitions between acquiring banks. The provider must maintain strict security standards, including PCI DSS Level 1 and POPIA compliance, and offer local technical support from a physical office within South Africa.
