Rand Water is seeking a service provider for the maintenance, supply, installation, and configuration of radio and microwave network infrastructure. The work will be performed across 40 sites in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Free State, and the North-West. Key deliverables include monthly preventative maintenance, hardware and software updates, troubleshooting, and the installation of new radio/microwave equipment. The contract duration is twelve months. The successful bidder must ensure a 1-hour response time for support calls and maintain a 48-hour outage limit to avoid financial penalties. The project involves critical infrastructure support at major water stations and depots.
