Description

The Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa is requesting information regarding the provision of debt capital market infrastructure and issuer support services. The project involves creating a digital system to manage the full lifecycle of debt instruments, including auctions, investor onboarding, settlement orchestration, and automated reporting. The service provider must offer tools for fixed income pricing, covenant monitoring, and ZARONIA calculations. This infrastructure must support both listed and unlisted South African debt instruments. The work will be performed for the Land Bank to improve their debt management processes. The goal is to establish a central system of record that handles issuance, settlement, and ongoing instrument maintenance while ensuring smooth data migration and training.
