Description

The Land and Agricultural Development Bank of South Africa (Land Bank) is seeking to establish a panel of Training Service Providers (TSPs) for a three-year period. The work involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating learning interventions across nine categories, including leadership, finance, technology, and supply chain management. Services will be delivered on an as-and-when-required basis across South Africa. The project aims to build a pool of competent providers to support the bank's learning and development needs. Bidders must demonstrate significant organizational experience and provide a detailed schedule of qualified facilitators. The Land Bank will evaluate proposals based on technical functionality, requiring a minimum score of 70 points. Appointment to the panel does not guarantee work or exclusivity. The bank reserves the right to perform financial risk assessments on proposed rates to ensure they remain balanced and reasonable.
