Description

The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking a service provider to conduct a Financial Management Review for the 2026/2027 financial year. The work will take place in Pretoria. The project focuses on evaluating internal controls regarding revenue, expenditure, payroll, and debt management. The audit must be completed between 05 October 2026 and 20 November 2026, with a final project close-out by 27 November 2026. Key deliverables include an Audit Planning Memorandum, execution of audit programmes, and the submission of a final Internal Audit Report signed by the service provider and the Chief Audit Executive. The service provider must report directly to the Chief Audit Executive of the PSETA.
