Description

The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking internal audit services to perform a performance audit review of the Skills Planning and Research Programme. The work will take place in South Africa and must align with the PSETA 2026/2027 internal audit plan for quarter 3. Key deliverables include an Audit Planning Memorandum, execution of the audit programme, draft and final internal audit reports, and a presentation to the Audit Committee. The project is scheduled to commence on 05 October 2026 and must be completed by 25 November 2026, with a final project close-out by 30 November 2026. The engagement team must include at least three members, including an Audit Director, with professional certifications and at least five years of experience in performance auditing.
