The South African Library for the Blind (SALB) is appointing a specialist partner for commercial assurance, cost optimization, financial recovery, and operational efficiency. This is a self-funded, risk-sharing, and performance-based project. The service provider will conduct diagnostic assessments, identify billing inaccuracies or overpayments, and implement cost-saving strategies. Deliverables include a diagnostic report, an implementation plan, and a final financial realization report. The provider must bear all costs, as SALB will not make upfront payments; remuneration is based solely on verified financial benefits realized. The project requires a partner with at least ten years of experience in commercial advisory and procurement management, with a proven track record in the public or non-profit sectors.
