The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking a Qualification Development Facilitator to review the Public Service Administrator occupational qualification (SAQA ID: 118766). The work will take place in Pretoria. The successful candidate will facilitate development meetings, produce required QCTO documentation, and manage the qualification registration process with SAQA. The project duration is 18 months from the date of appointment. Key deliverables include an inception report, a project plan, the qualification and curriculum documents, the Qualification Assessment Specification (QAS), and regular progress reports. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in occupational qualification development and public sector work, while the lead developer requires five years of experience in NQF-aligned curriculum and assessment development.
