Description

The Quality Council for Trade and Occupations (QCTO) invites bids for the supply, delivery, installation, and maintenance of fire equipment at its premises in Hatfield, Pretoria. The contract will run for a period of 36 months. The scope includes fire sensors, panels, sprinklers, gas suppression systems, and alarms for two buildings totaling 5,478 square meters. The service provider must perform regular inspections, provide 24-hour emergency standby services, and maintain a stock of spare parts. Key deliverables include an inception meeting, a project plan, and a health and safety plan by September 2026, followed by monthly maintenance services.   • Technician: NQF Level 5 in fire systems and three years experience
