The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) invites bids for the provision of internal audit services for a period of 36 months. The work will be performed in Pretoria. The service provider will be responsible for risk management, internal control, and governance processes, including financial, operational, IT, and compliance auditing. Key deliverables include a three-year strategic audit plan, annual audit plans, monthly quality-assured audit reports, quarterly progress reports, and ad-hoc investigations as required by the CEO or Audit Committee. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in auditing public entities and provide a team with specific professional qualifications and memberships. The project is scheduled to commence with an inception meeting in September 2026.

- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
