The service provider must supply a roadworthy 38-seat labour truck equipped with roll-over protection, seatbelts, and towing capabilities. The vehicle must be a medium-duty diesel truck with specific safety features, including work lights, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. A key requirement is that the successful bidder must sub-contract at least 30% of the work to a local entity based within the Mkhondo Local Municipality. The service will be provided on an as-needed basis.
