The training must align with SAQA unit standard 337061 and cover the functions of the Bid Specification, Evaluation, and Adjudication Committees, as well as the Public Finance Management Act. The project duration is a maximum of five days. Key deliverables include training materials for all participants and the issuance of NQF Level 5 certificates upon completion. The service provider must demonstrate expertise in risk assessment and SCM codes of conduct. The closing date for submissions is 04 September 2026 at 11:00.
