The South African Tourism Board is donating two surplus 8-bay bulk filing cabinets to eligible public institutions. This initiative supports the organization's move toward paperless operations. The donation is open to government departments, state institutions, and educational or training facilities. The successful recipient must arrange and cover the costs for the collection and removal of the cabinets from the South African Tourism premises. Ownership and all associated risks transfer to the recipient once the items are collected. The deadline for submitting requests is 21 August 2026, and selections will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
