The South African National Energy Development Institute (SANEDI) invites proposals for an Ex-post Regulatory Impact Assessment of the VC9008 energy efficiency regulations for household cooling appliances. The successful service provider will perform data collection, stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive policy analysis over a six-month period. Key deliverables include an inception report, a data collection report, a draft and final impact assessment report, and a policy brief. The work will be conducted nationally to assess market trends and regulatory compliance across the appliance industry.

- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
