The Govan Mbeki Local Municipality invites proposals for the Leandra Landfill Site project. The selected service provider will conduct a feasibility study, create a detailed business case, and secure necessary environmental and regulatory approvals. The project includes technical, economic, and financial assessments, as well as transaction advisory services to ensure the site is ready for implementation. Work will take place at the Leandra Landfill, located on the farm Brakfontein 310-IR. The project must be completed within eight months of appointment. Key deliverables include an inception plan, a comprehensive feasibility report, and an intermediate business case compiled into a five-case model.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
