The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) is seeking a Professional Service Provider to manage the design and construction of new sanitation facilities and water infrastructure in the Limpopo Province. The project covers the Capricorn and Waterberg District Municipalities and includes building toilets, refurbishing enviroloos, installing fencing, and drilling boreholes. The service provider will manage the project through all seven stages, from initial planning and design to final construction and handover. Key deliverables include professional architectural, engineering, and quantity surveying services, as well as construction health and safety management. The project requires a multidisciplinary team of registered professionals with at least five to six years of experience in their respective fields. The work must follow the FIDPM framework, and all services must be priced according to the official Government Gazette fee scales.
