The project involves the demolition of existing units and the construction of new prefabricated housing units. Key deliverables include the completion of project stages 3, 4.1, 5, and 6, which cover architectural design, structural engineering, and construction. The work requires the use of alternative building technologies, including reinforced concrete foundations and EPS sandwich panel walls. Bidders must attend compulsory site briefings at both locations on 04 August 2026. The project must be completed by a team including a registered architect, structural engineer, and health and safety manager. The tender closes on 17 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. - Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Letter of intent for a 10% performance guarantee
- CIPC registration documents
- Attendance at both compulsory site briefing meetings
- Tax Compliance status with unique PIN
