The successful bidder will manage 10,000 hectares, including 40km of roads and staff housing. Key deliverables include annual tourism grading, infrastructure maintenance, and implementing a B-BBEE scheme with a 10% equity interest for local communities. Bidders must demonstrate at least 5 years of luxury lodge experience and a minimum net asset value of R10 million. The operator must adhere to strict environmental standards and provide quarterly audits.
