Description

Transnet Port Terminals is seeking a service provider to manage canteen operations at the Durban Multi-Purpose Terminals, Auto Terminal, Maydon Wharf, and Durban Container Terminal Pier 1. The contract will run for five years. The successful bidder must provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea breaks for staff working 24/7 shifts. The provider will use existing Transnet kitchen facilities but must maintain equipment and ensure high standards of food preparation. Key deliverables include catering for meetings and managing daily meal services for a large workforce. The project requires a team of qualified managers, chefs, and cooks.
