Description

Transnet Pipelines invites proposals for professional engineering services to design and monitor washaway repairs across its North Region Network. The work covers Mpumalanga, North-West, Free State, and Gauteng. The successful service provider will perform site investigations, geotechnical and hydraulic studies, and design earth retaining and flood control structures. The contract duration is three years on an as-and-when-required basis. Bidders must have or establish a Gauteng office within one month of appointment. The project requires a team of qualified engineers, including structural, civil, geotechnical, and water specialists, alongside a quantity surveyor, to ensure comprehensive construction monitoring and technical reporting.
