Key deliverables include developing a Project Implementation Plan, designing Advanced Metering Infrastructure, and preparing procurement documentation for Performance-Based Contracts. The advisor will also provide secretariat support to the Project Steering Committee and oversee social and environmental screening. The work will take place across various District Metered Areas, requiring the validation of water balances and the implementation of leak detection and pressure management strategies.
