SANParks is seeking a Transaction Advisor to conduct a feasibility study and develop a business case for outsourcing its warehousing operations at Skukuza. The project involves assessing current infrastructure, analyzing demand, evaluating various outsourcing models, and performing financial and risk assessments. The successful bidder must provide a comprehensive strategy, including an implementation roadmap and HR transition plan. All deliverables must be completed within seven calendar days of appointment. The project is valued at a maximum of R999,000.00, including taxes, and will be paid based on agreed hourly and travel rates.
