The National Gambling Board (NGB) is seeking a service provider for the maintenance and related services of two fleet vehicles for a period of twelve months. The work must be performed within the Pretoria area. The fleet consists of a 2017 Mercedes Benz V-Class and a 2023 Ford Ranger. Key deliverables include performing minor and major vehicle services, such as oil changes, fluid top-ups, and safety inspections, as well as specific tasks like replacing tyres, wheel balancing, alignment, and installing smash-and-grab window film and spare wheel locks. The service provider must offer a six-month guarantee on all workmanship. Services are required at 15,000 km intervals or as needed. All quotations must include a fixed hourly labour rate and a profit mark-up percentage for parts. The project is expected to be completed within one year from the date of appointment.
