The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to conduct external investigations into ethics and unethical misconduct cases. The work will take place in Centurion. Key deliverables include developing an investigation plan, collecting and analyzing evidence, conducting stakeholder interviews, and submitting a final investigation report within thirty days of commencement. The service provider must be ready to start work within three working days of receiving an instruction. The project schedule runs from July 2026, with the final report due by 31 July 2026. The investigation team must include a Senior Investigator and a Senior Manager, both of whom must hold relevant degrees and professional accreditations, along with extensive experience in forensic or corporate investigations. The service provider must also ensure strict physical and digital security measures for all handled data.
