Description

The Mandela Bay Theatre Complex (MBTC) is seeking a specialist service provider to restore its compliance with the Compensation of Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) Act. The work involves correcting administrative records, managing entity name changes, submitting outstanding Returns of Earnings from 2016 to 2024, and reconciling historical accounts. The project must be completed within 30 to 60 working days. Key deliverables include a reconciled COIDA account, a settlement plan for debts, and a final compliance report leading to a Letter of Good Standing. The work will take place in Gqeberha.
