Description

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites tenders for the development of Integrated Waste Management, Roads and Stormwater, and Electricity Master Plans, including a Non-Revenue Electricity reduction strategy. This project supports the Enoch Mgijima and Blue Crane Route Local Municipalities.
