All work must be performed in strict accordance with Eskom’s safety standards, including the Life-Saving Rules, OHS Act requirements, and environmental management protocols. The contract will be awarded based on the highest total price offered for the scrap materials. All payments for collected batches must be made to Eskom within five working days of the sale.
