Description

The National Department of Health is seeking three technical consultants to provide specialized services for a two-year period. The work will take place in Pretoria. The project is divided into three lots: a Health Economist for the WHO SPDI tool, a consultant for Primary Health Care design and capitation models, and a Health Economist for provider payment mechanisms and service costing. Key deliverables include inception reports, situation analyses, technical reports, and implementation roadmaps. Consultants must have at least 10 years of experience and an advanced degree in a relevant field, such as health economics or health systems management.
