The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites tenders (RFP130/2026) for the appointment of a Professional Service Provider to plan, design, monitor, and complete infrastructure works at Nobantu Primary School in the Eastern Cape. The project follows FIDPM stages 2 through 7, covering refurbishment of existing blocks, construction of new ablution facilities, installation of modular classrooms, and site upgrades including water harvesting and electrical work. The successful bidder will provide multi-disciplinary services, including project management, architecture, quantity surveying, and various engineering disciplines.
