The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites tenders for the appointment of a Professional Service Provider for the Manzana Secondary School project in the Eastern Cape. The scope covers FIDPM stages 2 through 7, including the design and completion of 7 pre-fabricated classrooms, learner and staff toilet facilities, rainwater harvesting systems, walkways, and electrical supply. The project requires site-specific infrastructure development, including stormwater control and landscaping. The successful bidder must provide a team of professionally registered personnel, including a Construction Project Manager, Architect, Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, Health and Safety Agent, Social Facilitator, and Clerk of Works. The project is expected to follow a structured lifecycle from concept to close-out, with a mandatory online briefing session scheduled for 19 August 2026.
