The Alfred Duma Local Municipality is seeking to appoint a panel of electrical engineering consultants for a three-year period. The successful bidders will provide professional services for various electrical projects, including electrification, street lighting, energy efficiency management, and infrastructure maintenance. The scope of work covers all project phases, from initial planning and design to contract administration and final project close-out. Consultants will also be responsible for acting as Occupational Health and Safety agents and assisting with student training and employment reporting. The work will take place within the jurisdiction of the Alfred Duma Local Municipality. The project requires a high level of technical expertise, as bidders must meet a minimum functionality threshold of 85% to be considered for the final evaluation stage.
