Nkomazi Local Municipality is inviting professional service providers to join a panel for electrification projects. This contract will last for 36 months. The work involves engineering infrastructure planning, design, construction monitoring, and project management. Service providers will also be responsible for preparing business plans, reviewing master plans, and providing professional advice. A key requirement is to provide capacity building and skills transfer to municipal staff. Interested parties must attend a non-compulsory briefing session on 24 August 2026 at the Municipal Town Hall in Fish Eagle. All submissions must be delivered by 29 September 2026.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Must have valid SARS Tax PIN or clearance certificate
- Must provide CSD registration report not older than 3 months
- Must provide municipal rates/taxes not in arrears for over 90 days
