The South African Medical Research Council is hiring a service provider to supply paramedic and emergency medical support for two health awareness walks. The events will take place at Three Anchors Bay in Sea Point, Cape Town, on 14 November 2026. The provider must supply at least two paramedics per event to handle medical emergencies and minor injuries from 08:00 to 12:30. Key tasks include providing on-site medical coverage, coordinating with local emergency services if needed, and submitting incident reports. The team must be fully equipped with first aid supplies and remain visible and accessible throughout the event.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Must hold valid HPCSA or SANC professional registration
- Must comply with OHSA and COIDA regulations
- Must possess valid liability insurance
- Must provide valid Letter of Good Standing from Department of Employment and Labour
- Must demonstrate proven experience in similar wellness events
