Johannesburg Water is seeking market intelligence for a 36-month project to design, upgrade, repair, and maintain its telemetry system. Key deliverables include migrating equipment to the DNP3 protocol, upgrading radio networks to the GE-Orbit platform, and integrating systems into the existing SCADA control rooms. The contractor must also provide 24/7 support and deliver a mandatory 160-hour training program for Johannesburg Water staff. - Equipment must adhere to DNP3 protocols and under 5 ohms earthing resistance.
