The Moses Kotane Research Institute invites bids for the provision of STCW and Skippers License Category C training. The project involves training 65 beneficiaries in KwaZulu-Natal. The STCW training will support 50 individuals over 9 days, while the Skippers License training will support 15 individuals over 5 days.
