The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) invites service providers to conduct a bankable feasibility study for bulk and reticulation infrastructure. This project covers water, sanitation, electricity, waste management, roads, and stormwater for the Nkuna City Smart Town and surrounding villages. The work involves project scoping, design reviews, legal and financial analysis, and developing a procurement plan. The successful bidder will also lead the submission for Budget Facility for Infrastructure (BFI) funding. The project is located within a 15km to 20km radius of the Nkuna Smart City Precinct. The closing date for submissions is 26 August 2026.
