The Overberg Water Board is seeking a service provider for the supply, delivery, and installation of a modern telemetry system and the upgrade of the SCADA system to ADROIT SMART UI. The project includes a 36-month maintenance contract for water schemes in the Western Cape. Key deliverables involve replacing obsolete hardware, integrating reservoir and pump station data, and ensuring system security. The installation phase must be completed within three months of the award, followed by a three-year maintenance period. The work will take place at various Water Treatment Works, pump stations, and reservoir sites across the Rûensveld East and West schemes.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- CIDB grading (Grade 6 Electrical Engineering (Infrastructure) (6EP)) — A Construction Industry Development Board grade in the right class of works.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Team Lead must hold ECSA professional registration

- Must hold ADROIT, Rockwell, or Telemetry System Integrator certifications
- Signed Joint Venture agreement if applicable
