The Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) is seeking a certification body to provide ISO 9001:2015 recertification audits, annual surveillance audits, and training services. The project will span a three-year cycle. Key deliverables include conducting audits, managing the transfer of certification if necessary, and providing awareness training on the updated ISO 9001:2026 standard for five staff members. The work will be performed for the TIA. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of experience in conducting external ISO 9001:2015 audits and provide reference letters from previous clients to verify their performance.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
