CENTLEC (Soc) Ltd is seeking a service provider to assist with the implementation of the revised GRAP 104 accounting standards for consumer debtors. The work will take place in Bloemfontein. The project involves developing a compliant methodology for classification and impairment, calculating Expected Credit Loss, and updating financial statement disclosures for the 2025/26 financial year. The service provider must also offer technical support during the Auditor-General audit process. The engagement begins upon receipt of an official order and concludes once the audit is finalized, with a key deadline for financial statement submission on 31 August 2026.
