Description

PRASA is seeking a service provider to perform roadside breakdown assistance, including repairs and recovery, for its fleet of 94 buses and trailers. The work will take place countrywide across various SADC region routes. The contract is for a three-year period on an as-and-when-required basis. Key deliverables include 24/7 availability, a one-hour response time, adherence to OEM specifications, and the supply of necessary mechanical and electrical parts. The service provider must manage job cards for every incident and coordinate towing services when on-site repairs are not possible. The project requires the ability to handle at least one breakdown at any given time, with artisans possessing at least two years of experience.
