The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA) is seeking an experienced executive coach to provide a 12-month one-on-one coaching programme for the CCMA Director. The work will be conducted through a hybrid model of virtual and face-to-face sessions. Key focus areas include leadership development, strategic decision-making, emotional intelligence, and organizational transformation. The service provider must conduct a needs analysis, facilitate two 90-minute sessions per month, and provide quarterly progress reports. The project concludes with a final assessment and a close-out report. This initiative aims to enhance the Director's leadership capabilities and governance expertise within the South African labour relations environment.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
