SANAS is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Consultancy to provide professional labour relations advisory and support services on a 12-month retainer basis. The service provider will support an organization of up to 90 employees, handling tasks such as CCMA representation, disciplinary hearing support, collective bargaining, and labour law advisory. Work will take place in Gauteng, either virtually or at the SANAS office. The contract requires a firm with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in labour law.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
