The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) is inviting bids to establish a panel of up to twenty experienced Labour Relations experts. The successful service providers will be appointed for a three-year period to provide professional services across all ARC sites in South Africa. Key deliverables include chairing disciplinary, grievance, and incapacity hearings, conducting workplace investigations into misconduct or harassment, and providing expert legal advisory and mediation services. Experts must draft comprehensive investigation reports, formulate charges, and provide evidence-based recommendations. Services may be performed in person or via virtual platforms. Bidders must be prepared to travel to various locations as required. The project aims to ensure impartial and legally compliant labour relations processes. The closing date for submissions is 23 September 2026 at 11:00 am. All proposals must remain valid for 180 days following the submission deadline.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
