Agrément South Africa (ASA) is inviting service providers to submit quotations for the production of branded marketing collateral and promotional items. The required items include branded workwear, banners, corporate gift sets, tumblers, coffee plungers, desk organizers, phone stands, stress balls, golf shirts, and folders. All items must feature the ASA logo and adhere to the official Corporate Identity Manual. The successful bidder must deliver all goods to the Infotech Building in Hatfield, Pretoria, within two weeks of their appointment. Bidders must provide three positive written reference letters for similar marketing projects. The tender process is governed by South African law, and the contract will be subject to a Service Level Agreement. ASA reserves the right to negotiate terms and prices with preferred bidders. The project will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
