Description

The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has issued a tender (RFP 10/2026) for the appointment of service providers to supply and deliver stationery. This contract will run for a period of thirty-six months. The project follows a high-volume, low-value procurement model to streamline the sourcing of commonly used office goods. Successful bidders will be responsible for the timely delivery of stationery items, including paper, writing instruments, and filing supplies, to SARS premises. Deliveries must generally occur within seven working days of a purchase order, with emergency orders required within twenty-four hours. Bidders must maintain a physical presence in the clusters they serve and provide a dedicated Key Accounts Manager.
